Bug with VPN

[Garitos]

• I am on the latest ActivityWatch version.
• I have searched the issues of this repo and believe that this is not a duplicate.

• OS name and version: Windows 10 22H2
• ActivityWatch version: Version: v0.13.2

Describe the bug

When I'm activating my VPN - ActivityWatch stops counting my activity, timeline is empty.

To Reproduce

1. Enabling VPN (using system proxy mode on Hiddify)
2. Going to Timeline panel
3. It's empty, no activities are counting

Expected behavior

I expect that my activities will be visible with VPN
