简洁地描述下 Bug。

AndroidUtilCode 的版本：1.31.0
出现 Bug 的设备型号：普通机型
设备的 Android 版本：全部Android版本

问题本身就是，SimpleDateFormat并不是一个线程安全的转换方式，在多线程下，往往会造成未知的问题，是否考虑使用Android最新的DateTimeFormatter替代？
