What problem will this feature address?

I want to be able to download backup files in the Dokploy Database UI.

Describe the solution you'd like

Go to a Database > Backups > View list of backups > Have a link to download backup for each deployment.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Currently I need to go to S3 and download it myself.
