SLow from_file load

Hi, I'm having issues loading a run from a previous run (which ended gracefully). The from_file method is taking many minutes without saying anything other than attempting to load model from.... Is there something that I can do to speed it up? The folder has both the pickle and the hall_of_fame.csv.

Is this reproducible, or is this just a one-time thing? And, what are your hyperparameters?

Sorry for the delay, busy days.

It happens when the expressions are very long (I've been letting complexity up to 100 with variables having complexity 0 so that I can explore expressions using many different variables), especially with the cbrt, etc that we discussed elsewhere. I've refactored my logic so that I only use "^" operators. It's sometimes suboptimal as it's difficult to numerically approximate 2, 1/2, 3, 1/3 etc but it's been giving me less headaches!

I might close this discussion as it's a user problem, not a pysr shortcoming.
