[Feat] wxGUI/datacatalog: Deciding about EPSG notation on a per-project basis

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The visibility of the EPSG notation should be controlled. For example, if a user is unsure about the EPSG code of a specific project, they should be able to enable its display quickly without affecting other projects. Conversely, they may want to hide the EPSG notation for certain projects while keeping it visible for others.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a context menu option to each project node in the Data Catalog:

• Show EPSG notation (if hidden)
• Hide EPSG notation (if shown)

This option would allow users to override the possible global settings on a per-project basis.
