Il comando: Estensioni-Ottimizza la geometria non produce alcun effetto
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Estensioni'
2. Click on 'Ottimizza la geometria'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error: non viene fatta alcuna ottimizzazione

Please try a nightly build for Windows https://two.avogadro.cc/install - I believe it should fix your problem.
