我们没有专门发cuda12.4的包，cuda12.8的包马上发，但是你本地可以装我们的任何包，不依赖你本地的cuda环境，比如你是cuda12.4，你仍然可以用我们的cuda12.3和cuda11.8的包，只要的驱动满足要求即可
