How to disable B101 using the ini-format

Hello there,

there are a lot of tickets with regards to B101 and how to disable it, e.g.:

However, none speaks about the ini-format. And the configuration page

https://bandit.readthedocs.io/en/latest/config.html

does not show a complete example of that.

Can someone write down how would that work?

Also, can the documentation be updated?
