weighted_by_cluster|celltypist_tmap.tmap
weighted_by_cluster|celltypist_cells_adata.h5

files contain "|" character and could not be detected by windows systems.

  • To view files in windows, current solution is to manually change file names - and the content of weighted_by_cluster_celltypist_tmap.tmap.

Hi, thanks for raising this issue!
We haven't tested ENACT on Windows, so we can't guarantee compatibility at the moment. For now, we recommend using a Linux-based environment for installation and usage.
