Generate access list

Generate lists (CSV, excel) for staff to use at entrance control.
Needs some way of disambiguation with identical names.

One daily list per location with bookings from 10am.
One list with all bookings per day as a backup.

Commit 7d4aa60 creates a usable list which is close to the template (still not in all details). It is shown in the browser and can be printed directly from there or copied for further processing. All entries are separated by whitespace, so it is also possible to import it in a table calculation software using CSV import.

The mail report is different from the browser report (txt file with lesser visitor info). Maybe we could unify the list creation somehow to get rid of slightly redundant code. As a bonus, a direct download as csv might be handy, but aligning with the previous comment this is not urgent.
