Description: Ensure that all web forms on the website are responsive and adapt seamlessly to different screen sizes, especially mobile devices. This includes adjusting form fields, buttons, labels, and error messages to be visually accessible and interactable across various devices without requiring horizontal scrolling or zooming.

Acceptance Criteria:

Form elements must resize based on the screen width.
Text labels and input fields should align properly and be easily readable on small screens.
Buttons must be touch-friendly, with a minimum size of 44x44 pixels.
Error messages should be clearly visible and positioned close to the relevant input fields.
Test forms on multiple devices and screen sizes, including but not limited to the latest models of iPhones, iPads, and Android devices.
