Missing descriptions for some researches (English)

Researches such as "Sulfate processing 2" or "Petrol dehydrogenation and combustion" are missing a description, although the localization file has it.
The full list of researches without descriptions:

• Sulfate processing 1
• Sulfate processing 2
• Petrol dehydrogenation and combustion
• Sulfur poison capsule
• All the productivity researches (vanilla ones dont have descriptions either, so i guess its fine)

While at it, I suggest coming up with more interesting descriptions & names for sulfur processing and redox researches, as well as for stuff like "blue rocket" and "red boiler"

I tested the russian translation (my pull request) on my side, it works perfectly by just putting the "ru" folder in the "locale" folder
