Hi,
I have an issue building a rocket silo, I cannot build electrical engines since I don't have lubricant.
Need Electrical Engine <= Lubricant <= Heavy Oil <= Light oil alkylation recipe <= Asphalt and concrete tech <= Recrystalization <= Utility pack <= Electrical Engine

Basically there is no way to leave a planet on your own, sollution would be having Asphalt and concrete tech before Recrystalization.

I forgot calcium sulfate requires utility scienec packs. I'll remove this requirement in the next patch
