Broken link to Iceberg OpenAPI in 0.9.0 docs

Describe the bug

When clicking on "Iceberg OpenAPI" in the 0.9.0 docs, the Swagger Editor returns

Fetch error
response status is 404 https://raw.githubusercontent.com/apache/polaris/refs/heads/main/spec/https://raw.githubusercontent.com/apache/polaris/refs/tags/apache-polaris-0.9.0-incubating/spec/rest-catalog-open-api.yaml

This is resolved either by:

• Changing the URL in the browser to https://editor.swagger.io/?url=https://raw.githubusercontent.com/apache/polaris/refs/tags/apache-polaris-0.9.0-incubating/spec/rest-catalog-open-api.yaml
• Switching to In Development docs, click on Catalog API Spec

To Reproduce

1. Go to https://polaris.apache.org/in-dev/0.9.0/
2. Click on Iceberg OpenAPI in the left pane
