Describe the bug

please ref : #1371 (comment)

Essentially for multiple realms with 1 Datasource per realm we need to pre-configure quarkus before running the bootstrap tool, we should restore the prev experience where eclipselink didn't required it.

I'm not sure about the "restore" and "existing" suggestions in the description... The experience is more-or-less the same as with EclipseLink, is it not?
