BUG: I can't install the app anymore because of the signature/package problem

Describe the problem

I had version 6.3.9 from Play Market, then i decided to update my program to 6.5.0. I deleted 6.3.9 version but before deleting put flag as "keep the data". I download 6.5.0 from github and tried to install but receive the error named "App not installed as package conflicts with an existing package".
Expected behavior:

Actual behavior:
I tried to erase all data from Android/data and Android/obb but i coudn't find any folders named as package "free.v2Ray.proxy.VPN". Then i tried to use ADB to delete the old package but also couldn't find package with this name. So i don't know what to do and how to install again V2RayVPN. I tried to change name of package throught android editor. Installed mod version but VPN doesn't want to work. I can just see the internet data what app use for check URL/TCP test but VPN doesn't want to work with all phone internet data so i can't open youtube and etc.

How to reproduce

Maybe you can again upload the app in play market and it can help me to install? Or can you help me somehow pls
