OBA prefix not found in json prefix map

I'm examining a larger list of prefixes to see if they need to be normalized or added to the model / upstream prefix map. I was surprised to see OBA in my list of prexies that aren't in the json prefix map, so it seems like something odd might be happening with the upstream import of prefixes.
