Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation)

  • new query filter for instances with jobs retrying can be selected in the UI
    • in EN: the new filter is called "Process Instance: with jobs retrying"
    • in DE: the new filter is called "Prozessinstanz: Jobs werden aktuell erneut ausgeführt"
  • the requests sent to the BE inlcude this criteria in the query dto if the user has selected it
  • tests exists to cover the above

Hints

Depends on #4905

  • new filter needs added to this config
  • localisation in respective en/de.json files
