Avowed with framegen - controller not working

Hi, I googled my problem but didn't find anything useful, so I'm just leaving this here.

I installed Optiscaler for Avowed and I'm having this issue that once I turn on frame generation (I tried optiFG), my xbox controller no longer works. It's 100% the framegen, because after I removed Optiscaler, it worked again, and after installing it again/turning on FG, the controller broke once again.

I tried FG through Optiscaler in another game (SH2 remake) and it was fine there.

Using M/KB works fine but I like using the controller outside of combat because of the analog movement speed control.

Has anyone ever experienced this in any game and maybe know the solution?

For compatibility reasons OptiFG disables overlays (Steam, Epic etc). You can prevent this by setting DisableOverlays=false in ini but it might introduce some compatibility issues or crashes.

I restarted my PC and reinstalled optiscaler and now the controller works fine.😅
