Since there has been an active increase in new issues without any basic info to help troubleshooting, we're releasing this Issue Report Template that should help troubleshoot without our magic 8 ball. Going forward, issues that do not follow the Template will be ignored.

Game name and version:

Cyberpunk 2077 (GOG Galaxy, ver.2.21)

Mods and mod versions used

OptiScaler v0.7.7-pre9 (Daria)

GPU

AMD RX 9070 XT

OS

Win 11

Used automated or manual install?

  • [ V ] Automated
  • Manual

If on AMD/Intel and Automated, used DLSS inputs?

  • Yes
  • [ V ] No

Also please mention in description which upscaler inputs are used (which upscaler you selected in game settings).

Did you check the Wiki?

  • [ V ] Yes
  • No

Please describe the issue and steps to reproduce it

After completing installation via automated method, pressing the Insert key briefly displays the OptiScaler UI overlay (showing FPS counter and settings), but it automatically closes without user input. This occurs consistently across multiple game sessions.

I have attached

  • [ V ] OptiScaler.log _(set LogLevel=0 and LogToFile=true in Optiscaler.ini, zip it if too big)
  • [ V ] Screenshot of game folder (where you placed Opti)

Image

  • Screenshot of Opti overlay in-game (opens with shortcut, default Insert)

Does GoG Galaxy have an overlay by any chance? If it does, could you try disabling it?

Yes. Disabling the GoG Galaxy overlay doesn’t help, and disabling the AMD Adrenalin overlay doesn’t help either.
