Hello, Some thoughts on the consolidation task. There is a key question: from the bibliographical data reported on the Patent Abstracts of Japan, can we get back a high quality/richer database. Here is what I was able to find on the EPO website
There is also this document which explains how to access PAJ on the JpatPlat website. However, I still can't find how to map the data in PAJ citations (e.g. "PATENT ABSTRACTS OF JAPAN vol. 017, no. 279 (M - 1419) 28 May 1993 (1993-05-28)" to a publication_number... which is what we want in the end.
