Describe the bug
When I'm using Alt+Esc (Switch windows directly) to navigate between windows, the focussed window border is not drawn

To Reproduce

  1. Enable window border in Tiling Shell
  2. Press Alt+Esc (Default gnome mapping)
  3. Focussed window border disappears from previously active window, but does not appear on the newly focussed window after releasing Alt.
