Move window to tile should be aware of quarter tiling

If I have activated quarter tiling on a screen instead of my usual tiling, I would like the super+arrow keys to move new windows into the quarters rather than my tiling setup.

I find it frustrating if I use the built in quarter tiling but then have to resort to using my mouse later on to move new windows.

Hey, thank you for opening this issue! Tiling with the keyboard uses the current active layout, to leave freedom instead of a fixed layout. You will be able to achieve the same by creating a quarter tiling layout and activating it
