translation missing status.replying_to

It appears that the translation for 'status.replying_to' is missing in Dutch.

I can confirm the issue in Dutch.

It looks like there is no key in the locale file:

I think the key is still the same. Previously, when there was no key, it should fall back to English. Maybe some change affected that behavior.
