We have reserved a location for a jump link in the create proposal page, which needs to be updated after your team provides the corresponding link to better enhance the user experience.
Link to be provided:

1. Where do I need to jump to after clicking on the "code of conduct and best practices" link;
2. Where do I need to jump to when I click on the "here" link.
