RuntimeError: cuDNN error: CUDNN_STATUS_NOT_SUPPORTED. This error may appear if you passed in a non-contiguous input.

I only get this on input files longer than about 10 minutes. If I truncate the file it works fine. Does anyone else have this issue?

I am running on Linux with Python 3.10.16
