Shouldn´t checklists as well be validated against the nub taxonomy?

It wasn't by purpose (each "new" checklist would trigger a flag) but I think we should enable it and possibility work on the "profile" it the user says its a new checklist.

That would be very good indeed. Its more processing, but if we do that also for occurrences it should be done here too. Its a good indicator
