Bump axios and auth0 in /ui

Removes [axios](https://github.com/axios/axios). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [auth0](https://github.com/auth0/node-auth0). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `axios`

Updates `auth0` from 2.44.1 to 4.20.0
