Access mobile-specific, compressed training videos from mHBS training app

The training videos should be uploaded into DHIS2 as resources - Reports -> Resources

These should be available to the mHBS training app using this Web API URL

• Create preliminary videos and PDFs in DHIS2 and pull them in through our app #39 - list of preliminary videos and PDF in the training app

@Ezmeyers - can you please upload these to the dhis2 resources and then let @SherriBucher test this out. We need to finalize these for the beta.

For the launch, we are using the placeholder video from - https://globalhealthmedia.org/portfolio-items/keeping-the-baby-warm/?portfolioID=5623
This will be replaced by the video produced by UW for the trial.
Others videos will be uploaded to DHIS2 resources, once we are done with the trial
