This shouldn't be too bad, in resourcesDownloadUtil there are checks for internal and external storage folders that return all downloaded content.

Right now I have a list of the downloaded content displaying, I am working on functionality that will display these items when clicked. Right now, they display but the Ids don't match the files. This is something I am now working on.
