can no longer start jupyter notebook

I am running Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS and have been using jupyter notebooks for years.

Yesterday, I tried running it and found the following error:

It turns out this fixed my problem. Sorry for the bother.

pip install --upgrade notebook
