Working with Twitch Mock API

I've been trying to get this library to work with the Twitch Mock API to no avail. I've changed API Host, Test Server, and Use Test Server to no avail, as it always tries to auth to api.twitch.tv every time, rather than the local test server.

Sorry the mock api is currently not supported with twitcher :/ I will note it down for the next major release. But I can't promise it yet.
