I'd like to better understand the recommendation to use a shared connector folder across multiple Logto OSS instances. Is this practice truly necessary? Are there any technical reasons or practical benefits, such as performance improvements, easier maintenance, or better architectural organization? Or is it simply a suggestion to avoid duplicating dependencies across instances? Reference: Logto OSS Documentation – Shared Connectors Folder |

It’s not strictly necessary, just a recommended way to manage connectors more easily. Otherwise, if you restart your instance, you might lose the connectors and have to reinstall them. |
