The --exclude-mail flag is deprecated since 04887ee.
Using it leads to a warning:

[WARN ] WARNING: `--exclude-mail` is deprecated and will soon be removed; E-Mail is no longer checked by default. Use `--include-mail` to enable E-Mail checking.

This is the case since July 2023 so I think it is time to really remove it.
