So I'm an odd ball, I have a two PC Setup, Streaming PC and Main PC for gaming and DJing. I use VoiceMeeter Potato and Banana. When I have Voicemeeter up on the streaming PC and then open up MilkDrop 3 It tells me to turn of the recording software. Which is Voicemeeter. I use Voicemeeter to pipe audio from my main PC to the streaming PC. I want to use MilkDrop 3 in some live DJ sets but its not able to grab the audio. Is there an option to designate which audio source to listen to or are there plans for this as a future feature? Or is there a workaround so these can work together?

It's definitely possible to use MD3 during a live DJ set, I've seen many people doing it on YouTube.
However, every setup is unique and may require a different approach.
Last time I tried Voicemeeter, it was blocking MD3, but I know some people are using it successfully. There might be an option somewhere in the software to make it work. Generally, you need to disable any exclusive audio mode and enable loopback.
Check the help tab in the MilkPanel. You could try a virtual audio cable. Or my pro version support microphones / line-in if that may help.
