Add support for .dsl format on Android

Goldendict Android is abandoned. It really sucks. There are no decent apps on Android to use .dsl dictionaries

Describe the solution you'd like
Implementing support for .dsl on Android to have access to a huge number of dictionaries that are unavailable on .mdx format.

Additional context
There are more than 3000 dictionaries in .dsl format across many languages (European languages). Converting from .dsl into .mdx is not really an option. It is too time consuming and impossible for 99.99% of users.

The .dsl format is an open format and it would be feasible to implement it on "Ciyue".
