Add a notebook for demonstration purposes

Notebooks are all the hype with the ML crowd. We should be hype. The notebook should demonstrate some of the basic features of ACETONE for public demonstration and documentation purposes:

• setup
• loading a model
  • from the repository
  • from the web
• running the python inference
• generating code
• running the C inference
• compare outputs
• adding an implementation variant
