Description:
The top-right corner of the right prompt displays misaligned rectangular artifacts (see screenshot), likely due to overlapping rendering between multiline connectors (e.g., ─╮) and Powerline arrow symbols (e.g., ). This persists even after reconfiguring with p10k configure and using the recommended MesloLGS NF font.

Environment:

  • OS: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
  • Terminal: GNOME Terminal 3.44.0 using VTE 0.68.0 +BIDI +GNUTLS +ICU +SYSTEMD
  • Font: MesloLGS NF (verified via fc-list)
  • Powerlevel10k Version: v1.20.0
  • Zsh Version: zsh 5.8.1 (x86_64-ubuntu-linux-gnu)

I notice that after changing language from Chinese to English in Region & Language settings, problem above disappears.

However, I'd like to know what's causing the problem and whether there is a way to solve the problem without changing language.

Thank you
