ligrec producing 0s in the pvalue table

ligrec producing 0s in the pvalue able. Which results in circles that are significant based on the diameter not having inner circles and deemed as not significant (false).
How to fix this issue?

hi @timtreis @haiderabbas678 , I am not sure what the expected output would look like here. From what I understand the previous versions also had this bug/problem but it causes confusing plots in your case right? I also don't get why some dots have empty center and some smaller dots don't. @timtreis could you briefly explain to me how this should've look like?
