IX-Quota Uniformization

Suggestion / feature request

New features and new applications are already created in IX theme in Figma. In UXT, we had a great "guideline" how to add quota flow into an application. (name of the figma file: Quota Uniformization) It would be nice if we could get something similar in IX too. I am sure, this will be used in more applications in Insights Hub, and maybe it will be useful for other products too.

REQUIREMENTS:
Deliverable:
Give a recommendation of how & when quotas should be displayed in Apps
Home Screen
During configuration
List views (before configuration)

(User) Goals:
Transparency: I want awareness of used quota during app usage all the time (=> focus on used rather than left quota)
Limiting actions: when a quota limit is reached I want to get notified and the option to buy or request more

@MelindaBalogh-Kiss Thank you for reaching out. We have added it as a requirement for future enhancements, however, the topic is not in our current roadmap which means it will be addressed later.
