iperf3 breaking network

In my setup I have a bladeRF 2.0 xa4 connected via usb3.0 to a jetson orin nano dev kit. Running srsRAN4G in a shielded environment. I have a COTS android phone with a SIM card which I can connect to the network. I am attempting to maximize the uplink speed for the network from the phone to the jetson which is hosting the network. I have had decent success when using lower prb values (50 is relatively stable but sometimes causes this issue) but increasing the prb to, for example, 75, has been proving difficult. I can connect the phone to the network in this case and maintain a connection, however once I start an iperf3 test, with the jetson as the server and the phone as the client, after a few packets are sent, sometimes even after the first one, the data rate drops to 0 and the phone reports that it is no longer connected to the network. Any help in this matter would be appreciated. I have confirmed that the cpu and memory on the jetson are not nearing limits. I am also attaching logs from a full network session to help with this - the session involves starting the network, connecting the phone, starting an iperf3 test, the phone being forcibly disconnected from the network, and the turning off of the network.
