Downloading/seeing attachments does not always work

The experience with this app becomes frustrating, because after spending a lot of time and energy in uploading and categorizing notes and all, not all functions are working!

That means that the app is totally unreliable when I need it the most and when I need to quickly see or download a document! This is serios.. I mean, is this a mockery???

Can this app be bug free and perform basic function always and in a reliable manner, or could you perhaps suggest me another better app?

I think the upload in your windows app failed. There is a bug in the app when it stays open for a long time, it can't upload attachments properly. To complete the process, you have to close the app from system tray and open it again for the upload to finish. It only takes 1 more second to finish tho.
