"The requested file is not found." is shown for files that are actually in the repo

Some files on my repo are giving me the message "The requested file is not found" when I view them on the website, but when I download the repo using "Download Repository," I can see them just fine.

The individual "Download file" button does not work for any of the files, even the ones that do not say "The requested file is not found."

An incognito session and a session of a non-logged-in user both say, "The requested file is not found" for all files in the repo, which makes me question if it is solely a caching problem.
