Coverage Graph

Hello!
I've happened across this repository while being asked to write a script to display the coverage of a bam file as dictated by a given bed file. The graph included in the readme file in this repository is exactly what I am trying to create. I am wondering if there is any code to produce this graph available to be used? If not no worries, I understand this repository is some years old.
