The version on the firefox store is still on 1.24 not 1.25 like on Chrome.

Is this intentional due to issues or should it be updated/is there a way to install it locally from source?

Hi @ChrisAbra,
This is not intentional, I have to do it but was busy with new version development.

Yes you can locally install the 1.25 from main branch, 1.26 from beta and releaseCandidate (latest) form the same branch name.
You'll have to rename the manfiest-firefox to manifest to be able to load the extension.
