mypy type hint skipped. Missing library stubs/py.typed marker

Hi there! First of all, thank you for making my chromedriver a bit more undetected. It opens a few more doors.

I'm integrating this package into a project and I want to tie it a bit more together using type hints. The package seems to be type hinted enough to pass a mypy analysis, but the py.typed stubs is missing. Could you add the py.typed file in the repo root?
