ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS on path inside URL

When I try to bind access to some path inside domain, like on a screen - access fails to redirect loop.

Its easy to reproduce, by adding any path to target url

It seems that we have faced the same issue. It's a pretty common situation that apps published under some path to hide them from being found. In our case it's just /wp-admin subpath, but anyway it's not working :(
