README.md file enhancement

the README.md file can be further enhanced by adding a list of all the open source programs it is a part of and also a list of all its contributors.

Hi @anirudhsai20, It's an open-source project so it will be better not to include open-source programs in README. Contributors list can be seen in the contribution sector.

I suggest to re-write the README file so that it can explain the whole project better and easy to understand.
This README file is not well written. You can see other well written README files for help.
