specify fallback variables in CSS

The CSS refers to some CSS variables that are defined in Yomitan, so they can change with Yomitan's light/dark mode, but in Anki they don't work at all. Fixing this would require looking up the variables in Yomitan, and adding their literal values as fallback values in KTY's css.
