I updated the AZ-104 spreadsheet for the most recent (May 2021) updates to the exam. Along with the updates, I added an example of a completed AZ-104 assessment as well as wording on the ReadMe calling out my updates for use in my forked repo. Change as necessary and thanks for creating these great resources Dan and Chris!
